Sunday Soulstice

Sunday Soulstice is designed to provide a space for our community to easily digest information that will help them find paths to their holistic wellness, from food intake to mindset, to understanding identity, awareness, and choice.

Each Sunday Soulstice is grounded in an intention or mantra that will allow us all to come together and vibrate on the same frequency.

There will be space for us to connect over music and a unifying conversation around the topic of the month. This month we’ll be exploring what it means to nourish the body and soul. Join us on Sunday, September 5th from 9:30 am to 11 am at Quartyard!
