Sunday Soulstice

Sunday Soulstice is designed to provide a space for our community to easily digest information that will help them find paths to their holistic wellness, from food intake to mindset, to understanding identity, awareness, and choice.

Each Sunday Soulstice is grounded in an intention or mantra that will allow us all to come together and vibrate on the same frequency.

There will be space for us to connect over music and a unifying conversation around the topic of the month. This month we’ll taking an opportunity to mentally prepare for the New Year. Join us on Sunday, December 12th from 9:30 am to 11 am at Quartyard!

If you’re unable to attend in person, we have a live audio recording available for purchase! This will be sent out no later than 1 week after Sunday Soulstice!
