Stretch your funk muscles AND Join us for a 70’s themed, groovy 60 minute Power Flow led by AwareWolf instructor Karina Ross with DJ Tyler Chance for a little pre-boogie prep for the Mustache Bash on March 25th! COSTUMES STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. In this Power Flow class you’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun salutations and standing postures linking breath with movement, building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. You can expect a vigorous and uplifting practice, with funky music from the artists that will be making an appearance at the Bash. Stay after class for complimentary donuts (regular & vegan options) and grab a drink or coffee, connect with community and share your favorite Bash stories.
