Join us for a 70’s themed TYB Soul Train celebration to welcome our 1973 bus, Mary Lou back!! Wear your best 70’s outfit to 10am All Levels Flow and then join us for a post-yoga Soul Train Skate Party at Quartyard’s urban outdoor venue in Downtown San Diego. We will have a DJ, a best dressed contest, photo ops, aura readings, tarot, complimentary juices and of course ROLLER SKATING!
